ADR for military personnel — special terms
For serving military personnel and veterans we offer separate terms for ADR (ДОПНВ) courses. The terms are individual, so the simplest thing is to call and find out at once what is available to you.
Who this concerns
An ADR certificate is needed by those who carry dangerous goods — fuel, gases, chemicals, ammunition in civilian circulation. In military logistics this is daily work, and after service many drivers move into civilian transport, where without ADR they are not taken on for such loads.
That is why we have set aside a separate category of terms for two groups:
- serving members of the Armed Forces and other military formations;
- veterans and combatants returning to civilian work behind the wheel.

What you need to enrol
The set is the usual one for any ADR course, plus a document confirming your status:
- a valid driving licence of the relevant category;
- passport and tax identification number;
- a document confirming military or veteran status — a military ID, a combatant certificate or an official note.
Copies can be sent by messenger — there is no need to come to the office for this. The full list for all courses is on the documents for enrolment page.
Which programme to choose
It depends on what goods you carry or plan to carry. In brief:
- Basic course — 3 days. Clearance to carry dangerous goods in packaging. The foundation for every other programme.
- Basic + tanks — 5 days. For those who carry dangerous goods in bulk: fuel, gases, chemicals in tanks.
- Full course — 6 days. Basic, tanks and class 1 — explosive substances and articles. The widest scope of clearance.
- Call us — say that you are a serviceman or a veteran and which category you hold. We will name the available terms straight away.
- Send the documents — licence, passport, tax number and the status document — by messenger, at a convenient time.
- We choose the programme — basic, with tanks or full — to match your load and plans.
- Training and certificate — in-person lessons with an instructor, the exam and an international-standard ADR (ДОПНВ) certificate valid for five years.
What exactly are the terms for military personnel?

Which document confirms status?
A military ID, a combatant certificate or the corresponding official note. A copy can be sent by messenger together with the rest of the documents.
Can the training be taken remotely?
No. The regulations on the special training of drivers who carry dangerous goods do not provide for a distance format: the classes are in person, with an instructor in an equipped classroom.
How long is an ADR certificate valid?
Five years. It is renewed before the term ends: without a valid document, carrying dangerous goods is not allowed.
Is Code 95 needed separately?
These are different documents. ADR gives clearance specifically for dangerous goods, while Code 95 confirms the driverʼs professional competence. For the international carriage of dangerous goods you need both.
