There is no single price for Code 95, and that is not an attempt to hide anything. The programmes differ eightfold in length, so the cost differs too. Below is what it depends on and how to find out yours in a minute.

Because the question "how much does Code 95 cost" has no answer without specifying the programme. It is like asking how much a repair costs: it depends on what exactly needs doing.
Procedure No. 789 establishes three programmes, and the difference between them is fundamental. The periodic one is 35 hours. The reduced initial one is 140. The full initial one is 280. An eightfold difference in class hours cannot cost the same.
Which programme is yours is determined not by preference or budget, but by the category on your licence and the date it was opened. So there is no choice here: there is the course the law assigns to you.

What affects the amount
- Length of the programme. The main and practically the only factor. The difference between a five-day and a five-week course is a difference in the instructorsʼ workload, not a markup.
- Category. The freight or passenger group determines the programme, and the programme determines the cost.
- Whether any training is needed at all. A separate case, covered below: sometimes no course is needed, and then talk of its cost is beside the point.
What is not in the amount is a separate charge for producing the documents. The CPC certificate and the driver qualification card are issued by the training centre itself after the exam; there is no need to go anywhere else or pay anyone else.
The cheapest option is the one you do not need
Clause 27 of the Procedure lets a driver with a valid CPC for categories C1 or С obtain a certificate for C1E or СЕ without any training. The same for passenger categories: from D1 or D to D1E or DE.
Some drivers do not know this and sign up for a full course where it is not needed. Before paying for training, send a photo of your licence — we will check whether this is your case.
About suspiciously cheap offers
A below-market price usually means one of two things. Either they offer the wrong course for you — shorter and cheaper, after which the document turns out to be the wrong one. Or the processing happens outside the procedure, and then there will simply be no record in the state information system.
