Documents for course enrolment
The set of documents is small and the same for every Code 95 programme. Prepare it in advance — it speeds up enrolment. We accept copies by messenger, there is no need to come in early, and the originals are needed once the training itself begins.

Why each document is needed
«And why do you need my international passport» is a question we hear regularly, so we explain every item. There is nothing extra on the list — each document serves a specific purpose.

Why the licence matters most
The most important document in the whole set is the driving licence — not because of the categories, but because of the dates next to them. The date a category was opened determines which programme applies to you: the periodic 35-hour course, the initial reduced 140-hour course, or the full initial 280-hour course. The gap between the extremes is a month of your life and the corresponding cost.
So send the side with the categories and dates. A phone photo will do, as long as the figures are legible without guesswork. Which course applies to whom is set out on the page who needs Code 95.
About surname transliteration
A detail that is often underestimated. On the qualification card the surname is duplicated in Latin letters, and the spelling has to match your international passport. Ukrainian surnames transliterate ambiguously: the same surname can be written in several ways, all of them formally correct.
If the spelling differs between documents, a check abroad will mean having to explain that this is one and the same person. Verifying against the passport at the enrolment stage removes that question in advance.

Points to keep in mind
- For Code 95 the decisive factor is the date a category was opened — it determines the programme and the length of training. That is why a copy of the licence is needed straight away.
- ADR refresher training requires a valid certificate specifically. If the term has already expired, call us — the procedure will be different.
- If a document is missing, that is no reason to put off the call: in most cases the set can be completed before the group starts.
The most common delays
- An illegible photo. Glare from a lamp on the laminated licence is the number-one reason a document has to be re-shot. Take the photo without flash, at an angle to the light.
- The wrong side of the licence. What is needed is the reverse, with the table of categories and dates.
- No international passport. No reason to delay the call — get in touch and we will look at your situation separately.
- An expired ADR certificate. That is no longer refresher training, and the procedure is different.
Checking the set usually takes one working day. After that we name the start date of the nearest group, and then only the training itself remains — from five days to five weeks depending on the programme. The timing of each stage is gathered on the page how to get Code 95.

Can I send photos of the documents instead of scans?
Yes. The main thing is that the text is fully legible and there is no glare. We accept them via Viber or WhatsApp.

Yes, the originals will be needed once the course itself begins. Copies are enough for enrolment.
What if I do not have an international passport?

Can I start the paperwork if one document is missing?
Yes. We will reserve your place in the group, and you can bring the missing document before classes begin.
How long does the document check take?
Usually within one working day. After the check we tell you the start date of the nearest group.
