Code 95 for drivers from Lutsk
Our Code 95 classes are in Kyiv — there is no separate centre in Lutsk. A driver from Lutsk does all the preparation remotely and comes only for the in-person part, once the programme, cost and dates are already agreed. There will be no extra trips — just one, for the training.
The training takes place in Kyiv
We will be honest up front: we do not have a separate training centre in Lutsk. Code 95 classes are in person and take place in Kyiv, at Beresteiskyi Avenue, 114/2. That is about 400 km — about 5–6 hours by train or car.
The law does not allow Code 95 to be completed entirely online: the online part cannot exceed 12 hours for the whole course. So the in-person part is always required, and offers to «do it online in two days» do not meet the requirements. Everything that comes before the classes, however, a driver from Lutsk handles without travelling.
Getting from Lutsk to Kyiv
From Lutsk to the capital it is about five to six hours by train or car. This is one of the longest routes among our cities, so we prepare everything especially carefully in advance, so that you travel once and with no open questions.

Volyn is a border region, and many drivers here work on foreign routes or hesitate over where to obtain the document. We advise for free which option is smarter for your specific route and vehicle, before you travel anywhere, so that you do not end up with the wrong document.

How long the training lasts
This is the main thing to clarify before the trip, and it depends not on the city but on your category and the date it was opened:

Clause 27 of Procedure No. 789 lets a driver with a valid CPC for categories C1 or C obtain the certificate for C1E or CE without taking the course. The same applies for passenger categories: from D1 or D — for D1E or DE. Before planning your trip, send a photo of your licence and we will check whether this is your case.

Can I take Code 95 if I am from Lutsk?
