Code 95 for drivers from Ternopil
We have no Code 95 centre in Ternopil — the classes are in person, in Kyiv. A driver from Ternopil prepares for the course remotely: sends the documents, finds out the programme and the cost — and arrives when everything is ready. One planned trip instead of several back-and-forth journeys.
The training takes place in Kyiv
We will be honest up front: we do not have a separate training centre in Ternopil. Code 95 classes are in person and take place in Kyiv, at Beresteiskyi Avenue, 114/2. That is about 420 km — about 5 hours by train or car.
The law does not allow Code 95 to be completed entirely online: the online part cannot exceed 12 hours for the whole course. So the in-person part is always required, and offers to «do it online in two days» do not meet the requirements. Everything that comes before the classes, however, a driver from Ternopil handles without travelling.
Getting from Ternopil to Kyiv
From Ternopil to the capital it is about five hours by train or by car. The distance is noticeable, so we cut the number of trips to a minimum: everything except the classes themselves we do remotely, so that you travel once and straight to the training.
Western Ukraine: a Ukrainian document or a Polish one
The Ternopil region is close to the western border, and drivers often choose between a Ukrainian Code 95 and a Polish one. These are different systems. We analyse your case by routes and vehicle types before the trip and say honestly what makes more sense, rather than talking you into a course with us at any cost.
How it works from Ternopil

- You receive the documents on siteThe CPC and the driver qualification card are issued by the training centre after the exam. There is no need to go anywhere else or pay extra.
How long the training lasts
This is the main thing to clarify before the trip, and it depends not on the city but on your category and the date it was opened:

Clause 27 of Procedure No. 789 lets a driver with a valid CPC for categories C1 or C obtain the certificate for C1E or CE without taking the course. The same applies for passenger categories: from D1 or D — for D1E or DE. Before planning your trip, send a photo of your licence and we will check whether this is your case.

No, classes are held only in Kyiv. We say this plainly: that is exactly why everything that can be done remotely — the consultation, the category check, choosing the programme and agreeing the dates — we do remotely, so that your trip is only for the training.

If you are officially employed by a Polish company, the Polish option may make sense. But the Ukrainian document is cheaper, valid in the EU and issued faster. Write a few details about your job and we will advise which path is smarter before you travel anywhere.
