Code 95 for drivers from Vinnytsia
The classes take place in Kyiv — about two and a half hours of travel from Vinnytsia. There is no separate centre in Vinnytsia, but we do the preparation entirely remotely, so a trip is needed only for the in-person part of the course. The training takes place in Kyiv
We will be honest up front: we do not have a separate training centre in Vinnytsia. Code 95 classes are in person and take place in Kyiv, at Beresteiskyi Avenue, 114/2. That is about 270 km — about 2.5 hours by train or 3.5 by car.
The law does not allow Code 95 to be completed entirely online: the online part cannot exceed 12 hours for the whole course. So the in-person part is always required, and offers to «do it online in two days» do not meet the requirements. Everything that comes before the classes, however, a driver from Vinnytsia handles without travelling.
Getting from Vinnytsia to Kyiv
Vinnytsia is close to the capital: about two and a half hours by train, roughly three and a half by car. This is a distance you can realistically cover without an overnight departure, so the training trip does not knock you out of your work rhythm for long.
A short distance — an official document
The main reason to travel to Kyiv is not the journey itself but the fact that the document is issued by the state procedure, with entry into the information system, rather than «quickly and off the books». For a few hours on the road you get a card that is valid in the EU and will withstand any check.

How long the training lasts
This is the main thing to clarify before the trip, and it depends not on the city but on your category and the date it was opened:

Clause 27 of Procedure No. 789 lets a driver with a valid CPC for categories C1 or C obtain the certificate for C1E or CE without taking the course. The same applies for passenger categories: from D1 or D — for D1E or DE. Before planning your trip, send a photo of your licence and we will check whether this is your case.
